A glass of wine is an act of joy.

Uncork the bottle 20 minutes in advance to allow the wine to breathe before tasting. The only exception is our Brunello 2010, a wine so intense that it needs to be opened many hours earlier. The choice of glassware is important: we only use the Burgundy type.

Uniqueness of vintages

Every vintage of Stella di Campalto is unique, like a mosaic woven by the sun and earth. Since 2016, each year unfolds into three distinct paths, three symphonies of flavor: different groups of vines, each singing the year’s uniqueness in varied harmonies. These bottles are fragments of an intimate tale, evoking the diversity of our land and unveiling time's subtle secrets hidden in the flavors of San Giuseppe.

Cheerfully fresh and elusive. It’s like an ordinary day that has filled itself with pieces of a colorful puzzle.

A very hot year. The hot wind of August forced us to take action in the vineyard with scissors to clean the grape bunches grain by grain, eliminating the dried grapes. A Machiavellian work carried out even during the night with the use of lamps. The result is a fluid and introverted wine.
